@Michcioperz Absolutely. At the very least, no one should skip that, that’s just plain stupid.

in reply to Michcioperz — 6:34pm Jan 24 2014 —

@Michcioperz yep, changelogs or welcome screens or important news or anything. 100% clueless about what they install on their server. Scary.

Some replies to my joke tweet about my sites getting hacked and my getting update emails are… unexpected, to say the least :) #clueless

6:28pm Jan 24 2014 —

@davidwickman yeaaaah errrr that was obviously a joke. I’m fully aware of that feature.

in reply to davidwickman — 6:26pm Jan 24 2014 —

@MikeWills 0% chance. All my plugins are compatible up to WordPress version 9.9. Or refund.

in reply to MikeWills — 5:29pm Jan 24 2014 —

@andrea_r awesome :) I hope you answered in a very dramatic and concerned voice :)

in reply to andrea_r — 5:28pm Jan 24 2014 —

I think all my WordPress sites have been hacked: I’m getting reports that they’ve been upgraded, yet I didn’t do anything myself. Halp.

@DanielGreenLega it will be awesome. Far from being ready, though.

Just found out wpn-xm.org, a web server stack for Windows. Comes with nginx & MariaDB instead of Apache & MySQL Anyone tried?

@nacin the titles are a really useful & nice touch — maybe link them to a page explaining who does what (eg what’s a “theme committer”)
