If you’re using a cache plugin (wp-super-cache, W3 total cache…), browsers still hit PHP files, right? So the WP cron is triggered anyway?

@mattfreedman well, true, except when you *have* to use that software if you own an iPod. All alternatives I’ve tried are as clunky at best.

Of the 196 stuff I find pathetic with iTunes, its inability to monitor a given folder for new MP3s ranks 1 or 2. God I HATE this software.
