@nacin but why localhost and not IP based hosts? I don’t see why it wouldn’t work with subdirectories

in reply to nacin — 2:43pm Apr 5 2010 —

@westi could simply use localhost, but am just used to 127.0.0.1 :) Why such a limitation anyway? Subdomain pattern matching?

in reply to westi — 8:50pm Apr 4 2010 —

@HartMichael yeah or simply use localhost, but I’m just used to 127.0.0.1 on my local machine

@MartinPWPH hey not too bad :)

in reply to MartinPWPH — 8:24pm Apr 4 2010 —

I find it annoying that you cannot test the multisite behavior of WP with test blogs on an IP address such as 127.0.0.1

I like the little activity indicator for projects hosted on Google Code. They should add something similar to plugins in the WP repository

@williamsba yay! Play a bit of Quake3 then, so we can meet up on quakelive.com some day :)

I like the “What they’re saying” block on wpquestions.com/ sidebar. Nicely done!

@johnturner I hate when instead of simply posting my comment I’m offered various options: register, continue unreg’ed, log with openid, etc

in reply to johnturner — 5:52pm Apr 2 2010 —

I never told anyone, but same for me… RT @nathanrice Want to guarantee I don’t comment on your blog post? Use Disqus or IntenseDebate.
