Version 2.1 of Better Feed fixes some compatibility issues for people using the visual editor which was double-escaping HTML (boy, do I loathe this visual stuff) and introduces a new token allowing for embedding any PHP expression into feed footers, for maximum flexibility (%%<?php if ($that) do_this(); ?>%% anyone ?). Put your feed on steroids now.

wpdevel follows what gets committed into WordPress core. This may be easier (and less cluttered) than the wp-svn mailing list (except for the occasional Twitter downtime that is:)

#

twitvn: sends SVN commits to a Twitter feed. That'd be fun to have a Twitter account for, say, WordPress commits.

Funny: this post was aiming to be a collection of reasons why WordPress sucks. After a couple of comments pointing out more or less annoying bugs or features, the thread naturally evolved towards a lists of all the reasons why WordPress does not suck, to the consensus that it is the best blogging tool around, certainly not perfect, but still the best. Who needed proofs anyway? :)

I've updated my Projects page, which was missing quite some works. It should now be up to date with all the stuff I've coded in the past few years. Hey, this page is starting to give me a little warm feeling of pride ;)

Kaspars updated is fun plugin Baltic Amber (bringing some refreshing change in the WordPress backend with a set of new stylesheets) to make it fully compatible with my own Admin Drop Down Menu. He threw in some really nice subtle tweaks (see screenshot) that make the two plugins coexist very harmoniously. Good job Kaspars! :)
