The registered trademark, because it is one, is WordPress. One word, capitalized W and P, no space. It should not be written Wordpress, or Word Press, or Word-press, or whatever.
Correctly Spell Wordpress is a simple plugin that takes care of your pages and posts by correcting all the carelessly miswritten occurences of “WordPress”, in titles, posts, pages and comments.
Download it:
- wp_ozh_spell_wordpress.php: highlighted code, copy and paste in a blank file
- wp_ozh_spell_wordpress.txt: raw code, save as .php
There is a few optional and self explanatory edition, at the beginning of the plugin. Read and edit accordingly, or just run as is with default values.
Note: this plugin is not active here on my own blog, don’t bother pointing out occurrences of “Wordpress” you will find here and there. I’m not that anal :P
