Domains from K to M

flag.ke (Kenya)
I’d take equ.ivo.ke or mi.sta.ke so that whatever I would publish there, no one could sue me :)

flag.kg (Kyrgyzstan)
You could possibly find something interesting for you at Wikipedia related to mass. Other than using it in a weight context, no idea.

flag.kh (Cambodia)
Something with shei.kh is about the only usage I can think of.

flag.ki (Kiribati)
Get kha.ki and start a new yellowish brown design.

flag.km (Comoros)
Similar to .kg in the concept. Like, six.thou.sand.km for a travel blog for example.

flag.kn (Saint Kitts and Nevis)
No idea.

flag.kp (Korea, Democratic People’s Republic)
No idea.

flag.kr (Korea, Republic of)
Weeeeeeeeee fl.ic.kr damn it !

flag.kw (Kuwait)
No idea.

flag.ky (Cayman Islands)
Choice here. You’d be un.luc.ky not to find something for you :)

flag.kz (Kazakhstan)
A cyphered 0r4ls3.kz with pr0n for the l33t

flag.la (Lao People’s Democratic Republic)
Ain’t lit.tle.koa.la cute ?

flag.lb (Lebanon)
Again, photoblog at fl.ash.bu.lb quick !

flag.lc (Saint Lucia)
The only word I could find was “talc”, which is not of the coolest kind. I mean, what could you do with pow.derta.lc as a domain ?

flag.li (Liechtenstein)
I find bro.cco.li rather amusing and pic.calil.li rather disgusting :)

flag.lk (Sri Lanka)
A discussion blog on cros.sta.lk could be relevant.

flag.lr (Liberia)
Get babb.lr or web.craw.lr quick.

flag.ls (Lesotho)
Easy easy easy. Make your jour.na.ls now. I’ll take 37.signa.ls as a rip off tribute to the well known site :)

flag.lt (Lithuania)
Again, not a dif.ficu.lt one with plenty of choice. Workers of the web, evo.lt !

flag.lu (Luxembourg)
Something with ‘flu’ could be used for, say, a weblog about viral memes. Or make something pretty with lu.lu :)

flag.lv (Latvia)
No idea.

flag.ly (Libyan Arab Jamahiriya)
One of the, if not the, easiest. Really a lo.ve.ly TLD. What’s cool is you can get a domain that has a meaning with or without the TLD, making it even easier to understand.

flag.ma (Morocco)
Too much medicine terms here, but I’d get something with py.ja.ma :)

flag.mc (Monaco)
If you want to avoid the reference to “master of ceremony”, I’m not sure there’s a lot to do with this domain.

flag.md (Moldova, Republic of)
No idea.

flag.mg (Madagascar)
I only think about it in an “omg” context. No idea.

flag.mh (Marshall Islands)
Don’t know. hmm.hmm.mh ?

flag.mk (Macedonia, The Former Yugoslav Republic of)
No idea.

flag.ml (Mali)
A few geek stuff to make up from xml, *html, vrml and such, but no cool idea.

flag.mm (Myanmar)
hmm.mmm.mm sounds del.icio.us, doesn’t it ?

flag.mn (Mongolia)
Get one.colu.mn and your next blog design is almost done.

flag.mo (Macau)
You can go fort.issi.mo and a few other italian terms for music.

flag.mp (Northern Mariana Islands)
I guess podcasting on wi.na.mp would be original …

flag.mq (Martinique)
No idea.

flag.mr (Mauritania)
pro.gram.mr could be read as “program and some unknown TLD”, or as “programmer”.

flag.ms (Montserrat)
Publish your poe.ms ! I also like the word kil.ogra.ms

flag.mt (Malta)
Not much here, I have un.drea.mt and that’s it.

flag.mu (Mauritius)
Well … cow.goes.mu but it’s pretty bad.

flag.mv (Maldives)
No idea.

flag.mw (Malawi)
I won’t go with something about “bmw”, so no idea.

flag.mx (Mexico)
No idea.

flag.my (Malaysia)
I think folks.ono.my would be trendy in 2005 :)

flag.mz (Mozambique)
Same as .ms but with some l33t hax0r flavorz. Get sy.nony.mz now.

You forgot the Cook Islands: .co.ck

    E.g. monster.co.ck, a recruitment company :-)

Thought of this back in mid-nineties when I was registering my first domain. Ones I thought of then were:

    fish.net
    torn-fish.net
    butterfly.net
    full-butterfly.net
    hair.net
    gar.net <- semi-precious stone

I’m right there with you buddy!

I love playing with words and have also come up with some really cool domain names. Some have the coveted dotcom extension, others use various other extensions that make the result into a real word, like

    computerpho.be
    jetl.ag
    dropf.at

I’ve heard this called hacking, but don’t really understand what the problem is. All the above site have some pretty good traffic stats.

Looks like mmor.pg is a no-go, as according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.pg these require local presence for Papua New Guinea and registrations are third-level beneath .com.pg, .net.pg, .ac.pg, .gov.pg, .mil.pg, and .org.pg.

Maybe you should tack an -s onto the end of that, which would land you in some completely different country. :)
