The revenue and traffic stats are quite juicy : around <strong>$450<\/strong> for the last 3 months, which is really not bad considering the low amount of work put into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thespiderman3trailer.com\/\">the site<\/a> (4 or 5 pages, some images, a few links out, and some RSS fetching from news sites such as Yahoo to keep the whole thing fresh)<\/p>\n<p>You also need some SEO work to make your site get its way up into search engine results, but this shouldn&#39;t be big deal considering the fact that you can create your site before anyone else does. Working on such a site 6 months or so before the buzz gets really loud seems a good idea. And it seems there are even some people ready to buy your site after the movie launches! (which will kill the site, obviously)<\/p>\n<p>Think about this : create and monetize micro sites for upcoming blockbusters (Spiderman4, 5, 6, Pirates of the Carribean 4, you name them all). Each of them would require about 2 hours of work and a $12 domain registration.
